EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Nadaan Mall, we want our customers to receive their orders in proper condition and exactly as ordered. We carefully process and pack orders before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for an exchange according to the conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Policy
Nadaan Mall allows product exchanges only under specific circumstances. We do not offer refunds.
An exchange may be requested if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective or not functioning properly.
- The product received is different from the product ordered.
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Products that have been used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.
Products Must Be Unused
For an exchange request to be considered, the product must remain unused and in its original condition.
Customers should not use, install, modify, wash, alter, or otherwise damage the product before requesting an exchange.
If a product is returned in a used condition, Nadaan Mall reserves the right to reject the exchange request.
Original Packaging
The original product packaging should be kept safely if an exchange is required.
Where applicable, the product should be returned with its original box, accessories, cables, manuals, tags, and other items supplied with the order.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Our team may ask for photographs or videos of the product and its packaging to verify the issue before approving an exchange.
Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, contact Nadaan Mall so our team can review the order and arrange the appropriate exchange process.
Defective Products
If the product is defective or does not function properly, contact our customer support team.
Depending on the product and issue, we may request a video or photographs showing the problem before approving an exchange.
Exchange Shipping Charges
Exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the party whose mistake caused the issue.
For example:
- If Nadaan Mall sends the wrong product, Nadaan Mall will bear the applicable exchange shipping cost.
- If the product arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing/product defect, the exchange shipping cost will be handled according to the case.
- If the customer is responsible for the exchange request, the customer may be required to bear the applicable shipping cost.
No Refund Policy
Nadaan Mall does not offer refunds.
If an order qualifies under our exchange policy, the solution will be an exchange of the eligible product, subject to product availability and verification.
We do not provide cash refunds, bank refunds, or other forms of monetary reimbursement for exchanged products.
Change of Mind
Customers should carefully review the product details before placing an order.
Exchange requests based solely on a change of mind, personal preference, or similar reasons are not automatically eligible unless specifically approved by Nadaan Mall.
