Nadaan Mall provides nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and work with courier partners to deliver orders to customers across the country.

We deliver orders across Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is:
Karachi: Approximately 2 days
Other cities: Approximately 6 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, road conditions, remote areas, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Once an order is received, our team may verify the order details before processing and dispatching it.
Customers may receive a confirmation call or other communication if order verification is required.
Tracking Information
After the order is booked with the courier, tracking information is sent to the customer's provided email address where applicable.
Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment status.
Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available throughout Pakistan.
For COD orders, the customer will pay the order amount when the parcel is delivered.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Parcel Inspection
Customers are not allowed to open or inspect the parcel before accepting delivery.
The parcel should be received first and opened after delivery.
If there is an issue with the product after opening the parcel, customers can contact Nadaan Mall according to our Exchange & Return Policy.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur because of circumstances outside our direct control.
These may include:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Road or transportation issues
- Incorrect address information
- Remote delivery locations
- Operational issues
- Unexpected circumstances
Nadaan Mall cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Failed Delivery
If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the courier may make another delivery attempt or contact the customer according to its delivery procedures.
Customers should remain available on the provided phone number during the expected delivery period.
